Ah, modern music! Do you embrace it or switch it off as a matter of principle? Today’s post requires three and half minutes of your time, so please bear with it even if you find the music a challenge – this is really rather funny. Plus I’ve managed to find a version that muffles the obligatory expletives, so it shouldn’t make you wince too much… 😉 This is “Thou Shalt Always Kill” by Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip. Let me know what you think.

  1. That was completely and utterly brilliant on every level. I want it burned to a disk so I can watch it every morning when I start my day. No really. What was amazing when he was on the ‘…just a band’ section virtually every record ws one I have owned at some time or other.

Where and how did you find it? You’ve made my day!

  2. I loved it! An amazing way to start the day! After this comment I am going to listen to it again because I bet I missed things the first time round! Thank you!

  3. Awww I love this song Jo its one of my favourites! Listen to “Letter from God to Man”, I found it to be a really interesting perspective on religion 🙂 x

  4. Wow – what a fantastic response! Son No. 2 is the source, WH – he often sends me links to things he thinks I’ll like or, sometimes, that he thinks will challenge me!
You’re absolutely right, Gillian – it bears a second hearing.
And Kate, I love “Letter from God to Man” too! x
