Keep Moving

There’s no getting away from the fact that, no matter how fit you are, as you get older you get stiffer. I spend a lot of my time in front of the computer and boy, do I feel it if i don’t get out for a daily walk! It also helps to clear the mind, so it’s worth the effort.

It’s a photo-blog today – these were taken with my phone near my home. What a sky!

Public Art in the Country Park

  1. Fab photos old thing!

  2. Great photos ! Don’t buy into the older and stiffer it depends how important regular exercise has been in your life! Age is simply in our heads! The best is yet to come!

  3. Thanks, WH.
Jane, there’s a difference between being positive and ignoring reality – even the fittest of my friends find that recovery time is slower and that aches and pains more prevalent as they move through their forties. It’s a physiological fact that the body starts to show signs of wear and tear!

  4. what wonderful, beautiful photos! Good thing you took a walk on this day 😀
