  1. I find this strangely depressing…

  2. I’m afraid I’ve been bypassing the gym since I was at school, and I don’t think watching this has made me think I’ve made the wrong decision. I suspect the reason SS looks like this at 62 is because he’s been at the human growth hormone again, rather than because he takes a lot of exercise.

  3. We don’t have to go the the extremes of sly but regular exercise is hugely important in sending the endorphins surging around our body, and keeping us healthy and active. use it or loose it !
