Fabulous 50!

I am sitting on a balcony

In Norway, overlooking the Sognefjord. For some reason, the words I am typing are not appearing on the screen in front of me, so I am typing blind. For that reason, I’ll keep this short!
Thank you for all your goodwill messages for by birrthday last SaturdY. On Saturday night, almost every person I love in the world were gathered together under one roof. That was the best birthday present I could ever have had. We danced the night away to the Rockabilly sounds of the Houndogs, three brothers who don’t just play their instruments, they rock them, on Monday morning I was whisked off to London to see The Million Dollar Quartet, then woke up on Wednesday (should have said tues, not mon) to be told I was flying to Bergen at lunchtime! I am going to wait until I get home to tell you more about how my 51st year has begun as goodness knows how many typos I’ve made 😉 I can also feel a photoblog coming on… Remember my bucket list? Well, I’m off now to climb a fjord – that’s not something you get to say very day! Happy Friday x
